With compassion, and an open heart, I bring my skills as an energy healer and yoga teacher to help you Heal, Ground, Connect, and be Empowered.  Most of all, to assist you on your journey.

Having been on my own journey in life, Yoga allowed me to discover my strengths and my weaknesses, it brought out my inner power, taught me to trust in myself and in my inner guidance.

 

My journey with Yoga started in 2005 when I had my first baby.  I needed a tool to help me cope with the stresses of a corporate job as well as lack of sleep.  Yoga became my sanctuary, and my tool for balance, clarity and strength.  In 2011 I decided to quit my job and I enrolled to receive my first Yoga Teacher Training Ceritification with.   Ever since, I've been teaching Yoga all over north metro Atlanta.  I teach group and private classes, as well as conduct weekend workshops in the North Ga Mountains and in the Johns Creek and Alpharetta area.

 

My classes focus on alignment and connection with the body and breath, while at the same time build strength and stamina.  Focusing on all the aspects that constitute a Yoga practice: Asana, Pranayama and Meditation...  My goal is to help you learn the system in a way that you can develop your own home practice.  Eventually, taking your Yoga from the mat and using it as a tool in all aspects of your life.

 

Yoga has been my way to ground and grow for over 15 years. It has been my companion as a wife, mother of two boys, as a friend, a daughter and as a teacher.  In short, it made me discover who I really am, helping me connect with my essence and grow my INNER POWER and RESILIENCE.  My passion is to share this tool with YOU!

 

Along with my passion in Yoga, I have discovered an equal passion in Energy Healing.  I have studied GMCKS Pranic Healing extensively and have been practicing since 2010.  I have also studied and got  a Master certification in Usui Reiki.  What started as a curious inquiry to find ways to heal myself and my family, became a career and a passion to heal others.
