Immerse yourself in a state of deep relaxation, as we practice two hours of gentle movement, Yoga Nidra and a soundscape of crystal singing bowls. 

Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) is a guided meditation technique that leads the practitioner into a deep state of stillness.   Together with the soundscape of crystal singing bowls, this practice is designed to de-excite the nervous system, helping to release unconscious patterns of stress and tension while resting in effortlessness.

No Yoga experience necessary.  Bring in your mat, blanket, pillow, and any other support you may need in order to rest in a lying down position. 

Full Moon Meditation


Experience the power of the full moon as we get together and meditate in a group on every full moon of the month. Bring in a list of your projects and names of loved ones to be blessed. 
Previous experience in meditation is not required. 

Date:  Once a month Online on Zoom.
